• We incorporate companies using a fast on-line service that means we can usually have all the critical documents available within 1 working day.
• Advise is given on the choice of a suitable company name and we can do a preliminary check to see if the name is available.
• We register the new company together with details of the directors and shareholders.
• Full advice is given about the responsibilities of owning and running a limited company.
